Immersive Breathwork Program
September 21-24, 2025
Join us for a transformative three-day immersive training that explores the science and practice of breathwork. This experiential program is co-facilitated by Into the Deep Breathwork Co-Founders Martha Nemri-Havenith, M.Sc., Ph.D., and Abdel Nemri, M.Sc., Ph.D., along with Usona Lead Therapist Trainer Mark Seelig, Ph.D.
Participants will engage in a dynamic blend of theory and practice, including:
- Foundations of breathwork: history, principles, and contemporary applications
- Neuroscientific underpinnings and therapeutic mechanisms
- Facilitated sessions and direct experiential learning
- Core facilitation skills and ethical considerations
- Guidance on next steps toward advanced breathwork training & application
