Immersive Breathwork Program

Join us for an experiential training and immersive program and experiential training in the science and practice of breathwork facilitated by Into the Deep Breathwork Co-Founders, Martha Nemri-Havenith, M.Sc., PhD and Abdel Nemri, M.Sc., PhD; and Usona Lead Therapist Trainer, Mark Seelig, PhD.

The three-day program includes an introduction to breathwork principles and techniques, history and neuroscience, facilitation and active participation, and preparation for further advanced breathwork training.
