The Inner Edge

April 16 - 19, 2026

Three-week program with four-day on-site immersive

The Inner Edge

A space for unfolding clarity, connection, and leadership grounded in what matters most—through expanded states of awareness and deep relational practices.

Program Overview

You’ve accomplished a great deal.

You’ve built, contributed, guided, and shaped.

You feel a growing dissonance between your values and the systems you’re helping to sustain.

Now you feel called to respond in new ways—not to do more, but to meet yourself and the world in a new way.

The Inner Edge is for those who are:

• Ready to close the gap between the leader you are and the leader you sense you could become

• Longing for meaningful connection in roles that often isolate

• Navigating a world of accelerating change and systems breakdown—and wanting to lead in ways that feel more grounded, regenerative, and future-relevant

This is leadership as unfoldment—a deepening into clarity, courage, and coherence with your life and responsibility.

A Shift in Leadership Paradigms

This is not a workshop for upgrading skills. It is a pause from performance.

Rather than adding more to your plate, The Inner Edge invites a different stance: One of curiosity, coherence, and reconnection.

Through guided inquiry and immersive experience, you’ll explore the quiet patterns shaping your presence—beneath habits, identities, and roles. The invitation is not self-improvement. It is self-return.

The Role of Expanded States of Awareness

In a safe, legal, and carefully held setting, expanded states of awareness can support this process of reconnection. The Inner Edge offers three pathways into expanded states of awareness—ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), immersive guided breathwork, and sound and light meditation—with each participant choosing the modalities that feel right for them.

Each approach can soften habitual ways of thinking and open space for what often stays beneath the surface—clarifying values, quieting internal noise, and revealing what may have been obscured by pace or pressure.

These experiences aren't the centerpiece of the retreat, but catalytic thresholds—supporting deeper reflection and grounded integration into your life and leadership.

A Relational Field for Honest Inquiry

The Inner Edge gathers a group of peers committed to honesty, integrity, and the future they’re helping shape.

This is not a place for performance. It is a space of resonance.

Together, you’ll engage in conversations rarely held in professional rooms—anchored in shared care, complexity, and courageous presence.

For many, these peer relationships become one of the most enduring aspects of the journey.
